Dana's leadership has propelled the Performance Company at Rooftop Rhythms to new heights, earning numerous special judges' awards and high achievement accolades at competitions. The company has also had the honor of performing for various local communities, nursing homes, benefits, parades, and prestigious venues such as Iona College and The Harlem Globetrotters.

Beyond her role as an instructor and director, Dana Ruggiero has garnered acclaim for her choreography, receiving Dance Awards for her innovative creations. She has also been recognized as Most Talented, further solidifying her status as a standout figure in the dance world. Committed to serving her community, Dana dedicates her time to schools such as Hutchinson School in Pelham NY, The South Side Boys & Girls Club, Horace Mann School in Riverdale, and others, while actively participating in dance benefits and performances in support of various causes.
